The Newsletter feature is pre-installed, so you can send your contact list regular newsletters by going to Themes>Newsletter Emails section

Once inside the “Newsletter Emails”, hit the little blue letter icon to start sending Newsletters

You can add all your contacts by heading to the Marketing>Import Mail List:
